I used to be very apprehensive whenever I had to go to the dentist-- Palm Springs Dental has managed to change that and I don't dread dental visits anymore!   Today's visit was for a chipped tooth and Dr Schroeck and Linda (I think that was her name!) made me feel very comfortable and took care of fixing my tooth in record time! I am usually terrified of the prospect of having to see the dentist. However, my appointments with Palm Springs Dental have changed my perception of  visiting the dental office! First, my primary contact person, Melissa, was warm, welcoming and a GOOD LISTENER from day one. Moreover, I was impressed by her knowledgeable assistance in helping me secure the necessary funding to make my initial lower arch implant procedure possible. She did not give up on me and offered suggestions I probably would not have thought of on my own. She constantly kept up with my progress and helped me solve problems without appearing annoyed or judgmental. I shudder to think what Palm Springs Dental would look like without her. Dr. Derek (Stallard), the world's best dentist in my humble opinion, made me feel completely at ease and is a CREDIT to his profession. He made sure I was aware of other possible options and made my 1st experience with a total lower arch implant comfortable by explaining every step of the way without appearing to resent my input and concerns. He is by far the best dentist I have had in years! No judging or pressure. Just an honest treatment plan, great expertise and stunning results even with my temporary prosthesis. I can only imagine what the final product will look like! He promised me a painless surgical procedure (which is exactly what I got) and took away my anxiety about getting dental work done. It is important to note that the super clean office, efficient scheduling (especially since I live several miles away from his office), and his friendly staff make his office stand out above all others in the area I have had the occasion to visit. Everyone here is just very pleasant! Started coming to this location last year and am so glad I did. My old dentist’s office was great until they were acquired by a new management (chain) and it just went downhill from there. Everyone at this dental office from the front desk, dental assistants, hygienists and dentists are all amazing and super nice. They are all on point with their service, reasonably priced and see their patients right on time (unlike other offices where you have to wait for 30-40 mins even with an appt!). Updating my review years after and now we’re in 2026 - Ive been seeing Kelly as my dental hygienist and Dr Stallard for a few years now and they are always amazing. I had to make an appointment at the last minute to have a crown put on a tooth, I am a current patient for teeth cleanings, not only did they flex to get me in right away, but they did an outstanding job!  Coming from someone that has only had one cavity in my life, the Dentist made me comfortable and explained how everything was going to take place!  Awesome job by all, I highly refer this Dentist!!!
